| Failure to make a timely game report | Charged to any team not making a game report by 9pm Monday following game date. (U13 only) | $5.00 |
| Forfeit | Charged to any team unable to prove to the assigned referee that they are fielding a legal team or who do not show up at a scheduled game site within 15 minutes of game time. All forfeits are also considered game cancellations. (U10-13 only) | $100.00 |
| Early Withdrawal / Expulsion | Charged to any team which withdraws or is expelled from the league after the last date to withdraw but before completing 85% of their schedule. (U10-13 only) | $200.00 |
| Send Off | Charged to any team that has an affiliated spectator asked to leave a game site or player who is shown a red card. This fine is per person and per occurrence. | $50.00 1st time $200.00 subsequent in season |

Charged to any team which shows up at a game site with players' passes but no original roster. NOTE: Player passes are NOT required for this league at any age group but can save you from a forfeit if you forgot your roster! If you cannot provide either a legal roster or passes, see Forfeit. |

| NOTE: All fines are due when incurred and must be paid by check made out to "BCSA" and mailed to the League Treasurer with a note indicating team name (and player name in case of send off) and game number. Returned checks will incur a $50 service fee. |
