PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FIFA LAWS OF THE GAME FOR 2026 WILL NOT BE IN EFFECT FOR THE BCSA FALL LEAGUE 2025!

The league is administered by the Broome County Soccer Association Board of Directors in the same manner that the BCSA Spring League is managed. The Spring League Policies and Procedures are in effect except:

1. USYSA considers this to be a league in the 2025 seasonal year. Player registration will be governed by 2025 age groups.
2. Player passes are NOT required. Only an official club roster for all teams. All roster numbers are unlimited. If the state association has an official recreational roster, that is the roster that should be used.
3. Check in rules: 11 players for Under 10 and 13 players for Under 13.
4. Under 13 teams will play 9v9 with 35 minute halves.
5. Under 10 teams play 7v7 no offside. 30 minute halves.
6. Under 8's remain unchanged.
7. Referee fees for Under 10 are the same as they were in the Spring of 2025.
8. Referee fees for Under 13 are the same the 2025 Spring's Under 12 fees.
9. Coaches passes are STILL required.
